Leitrim County Council and The Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government have launched the Repair and Lease Scheme.
The scheme makes available funding to carry out repairs to residential properties by owners or Approved Housing Bodies (AHB’s). The properties will subsequently be leased to Leitrim County Council.
